Our flat bread is based on a recipe from the Nourishing Meals Website. It is made from all organic ingredients with the principal ones being whole grains: Brown rice, millet and golden flaxseed. The grains are soaked overnight and then blended into a slurry with well water, apple cider vinegar, sunflower oil and maple syrup and salt on the morning of the market. This delicious bread is best kept refrigerated if it is not to be used immediately or frozen if it will not not be eaten within the next few days. It's flavor and texture reach their peak when it is slightly crispy. This is best attained by simply popping them in the toaster right before they are to be eaten.
